Tracing Employer

Employer tracing by Fritsch Private Investigators serves the purpose of finding out an individual’s current place of employment.

Our investigations, observations and subsequent seamless documentation allow you to verify whether or not the target is currently employed and, if so, by whom.

Drawing on a national and international network of information and contacts we are able to assist you in all matters relating to employer tracing.

Employment-related research may be required for various reasons, such as in the case of:

  • Asserting claims against a debtor
  • Suspected double employment
  • Unreported/non-registered side jobs
  • Alimony and child support disputes
  • Pseudo self-employment to evade payment of social taxes (German law)
  • Initiation of action for wage/salary attachment
  • Suspected illegal drawing of benefits (welfare/social assistance, unemployment etc.)

Fritsch Private Investigators are typically contracted to trace employment or employers in matters relating to debts, compliance with non-compete clauses in employment contracts or under labour law as well as in civil lawsuits or alimony and child support cases.
