* A custodial parent who was awarded after the separation from her husband, the children may use in the search detectives, when his father hid the children and will not give out information. The detective has cost the guilty father and does not take the full amount.

* Indicates a dependent child of the debtor parent to start work, not independently and without delay, and with a dependent parent finds this out through a detective agency, the entire maintenance claim is forfeited. The cost to the detectives are to be replaced in each case by the dependent child, and it does not matter whether it as legal fees, acc. § 91 para 1 CCP, or replace it as a claim under § § 823, 249 BGB.
